Loss or damage to documents covered by indemnity insurance

Our loss of documents cover will cover you for any reasonable cost in replacing and restoring any notified documentation of the insured that relates to your profession. We will cover for up to £25,000 during the duration of your policy to replace and restore these documents giving you peace of mind.

Another advantage of our professional insurance policy is should a court case arise as a result of the loss of documents for the charge of breaching the Data Protection act, we will provide cover for the unintentional breach of confidentiality. This will cover you for up to £5 million should the case against you be successful.
